The 12-Week Performance Reset

The System That Rebuilds Your Body Around Your Life.

Not a program you follow until it gets hard. A structure you execute until results are inevitable.

The Overview

12 Weeks. Three Pillars. One Integrated System.

Most programs fail because they treat training, nutrition, and recovery as three separate variables. They're not. The Reset integrates all three into one cohesive structure.

01

Strength System

A structured progressive strength program built around your actual schedule. 3–4 sessions per week. Every set has a purpose. Progression is built in. No guesswork.

  • Progressive overload built into every training block
  • 3–4 days per week — designed around your schedule
  • Tracks both volume and intensity for measurable progress
  • Adjustable for home, gym, or travel
02

Nutrition Structure

Not a meal plan. A repeatable framework that survives travel, demanding weeks, and real life — because those are the conditions that actually matter.

  • Caloric and protein targets set to your specific goal
  • Flexible food framework — not rigid meal-by-meal prescriptions
  • Strategies for travel, dining out, and high-stress weeks
  • Weekly check-ins to adjust based on real-world feedback
03

Recovery Protocol

This is where most programs stop. We don't. Sleep quality, stress management, and recovery protocols are built into every phase of the 12 weeks.

  • Sleep optimization framework
  • Stress management protocols for high-demand weeks
  • Active recovery structure between training sessions
  • Progress tracking for energy and recovery markers
How It Works

Four Phases. Twelve Weeks. One Clear Arc.

Weeks 1–2

Baseline + Calibration

Establish your starting point. Set the structure. Build the habits that the next 10 weeks depend on.

Weeks 3–6

Build

Execute the foundation. Progressive load increases. Nutrition framework locked in. Recovery protocols running.

Weeks 7–10

Accelerate

Intensity increases. The system is running. Results compound.

Weeks 11–12

Peak + Sustain

Maximum performance. Document results. Establish the framework for what comes after the 12 weeks.

The Standard Client

Built for a Specific Man.

This system isn't for everyone. It's for the man who already has the discipline and needs the structure to make it count.

This Is for You If:

  • You're 30–55 and done with starting over
  • You want a system, not a motivational program
  • You have a demanding career or family — and still want to be elite
  • You're willing to follow a structure exactly as written
  • You want measurable results, not vibes

This Is Not for You If:

  • You want minimum effort for maximum result
  • You're not ready to be consistent for 12 weeks
  • You need constant motivation to show up
  • You're looking for a quick fix
Common Questions

Before You Apply.

How much time do I need per week?
3–4 training sessions of 45–60 minutes each. Check-ins take 15 minutes. The nutrition framework is designed to run in the background — no meal prep required.
Do I need a gym membership?
A gym is preferred but not required. The program can be adapted for a well-equipped home setup. We discuss this on your onboarding call.
What if my schedule is unpredictable?
That's exactly what this system is designed for. The Reset is built around real-life variability, not perfect conditions.
How is this different from a regular personal trainer?
A trainer programs your sessions. The Reset programs your entire performance system — training, nutrition, recovery, and the habits that make all three sustainable.
What happens after 12 weeks?
You receive a post-program sustainability framework. Graduates are offered continued support through The Standard membership.
How many spots are available?
Cohorts are capped to maintain coaching quality. Availability is discussed during your strategy call.
